Finance Manager - Sales Operations (Real Estate)

Job Description
Our client is one of the leading real estate development companies in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to appoint a Finance Manager - Sales Operations to work within the Sales department.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Account Receivables, Account Payables
- Reconciliation
- Automation/Enhancement of all Finance activities under Sales
- Reporting
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Commerce
- at least 5 years + in a similar field
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP Oracle, and any related to Finance software/Hardware
- Strong finance and detail-oriented skills
- Adherence to internal policies and processes
- Comprehensive reporting and analytics
- Ability to innovate and enhance
