Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager Sales is responsible for driving government and corporate sales to position Dubai Holding Entertainment as the leading entertainment destination in the UAE. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, maximizing visitation, and achieving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives.

Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager Sales - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve short-term and long-term revenue and visitation targets.
• Conduct market research and business development activities,
• Target government and corporate events such as team building activities, conferences, meetings, corporate dinners, product launches, festive events, and car launches.
• Create customized rate strategies for corporate accounts, ensuring value-added offerings while maintaining budgeted per-capita targets.
• Present and implement tactical sales offers with government partners and corporate accounts, including conducting roadshows with key clients.
• Identify and engage key partners based on location to drive visitation across Dubai Holding Entertainment assets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual visitation and revenue targets.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to identify gaps and develop action plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and budgeting processes and provide timely administrative support.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Minimum of 5 year's professional sales experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Proven cold-calling and prospecting experience
