Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing dynamic business is looking for Executive/Senior Executive - eCommerce Aggregators Accounts
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for managing and expanding Grandiose's relationships with online marketplace partners such as Instashop, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, and other digital platforms. The position plays a key role in driving commercial performance, improving online visibility, and ensuring smooth operational execution across all eCommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Partner & Marketplace Management
Manage day-to-day communication with marketplace partners.
Ensure alignment on commercial plans, operational performance, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships to support growth.B. Commercial Performance
Work closely with Operations, Last Mile, Customer Support, Content, and Marketing to drive visibility, sales, and category performance.
Monitor KPIs across platforms and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Support the execution of pricing updates, promotions, and assortment changes.C. Operational Excellence
Track platform KPIs including availability, delivery performance, service levels, and content accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and issue resolution.
Support end-to-end operational processes across eCommerce channels.D. Launches & Key Projects
Lead onboarding and launch of new brands, products, and categories.
Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, IT) to ensure readiness and timely execution.E. Agreements & Documentation
Assist with partner agreements, renewals, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.F. Commercial Partnerships
Support the Director of eCommerce in commercial discussions and new partnership opportunities.
Ensure alignment with business targets and financial objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least Graduate or Masters
At least 3-4 years of experience in similar profile in eCommerce Industry
A bright, organized, and communicative individual seeking to build a long-term career in eCommerce.

Previous experience or familiarity with eCommerce is an advantage, but curiosity and drive to learn are the main criteria.
