Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven CRM Manager to develop and optimize customer relationship strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and long-term value. The role involves managing CRM initiatives, analyzing customer behavior and segmentation, developing targeted campaigns, coordinating customer lifecycle programs, and monitoring key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to improve customer journeys and deliver personalized, measurable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
