Sales Manager – Microgreens, Berries & Specialty Produce

About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our commercial growth in the specialty produce market. Based out of our Dubai office, you will own the full sales function — building a strong customer base, managing key accounts, and potentially building out a sales team as the business scales.You will spend roughly 50% of your time visiting clients across Dubai and the UAE.
Our product range includes microgreens, edible flowers, salads, strawberries, blueberries, and other premium specialty produce. This role is ideal for a food-passionate, commercially sharp individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the drive to make a real impact in Dubai’s booming F&B scene.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the sales strategy across our full product range — microgreens, edible flowers, salads, strawberries, blueberries, and specialty produce
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers across restaurants, hotels, retailers, and grocery chains in Dubai and the UAE
- Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field — client visits, tastings, and relationship development
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate and close contracts, pricing agreements, and supply deals in both English and Arabic
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and production to align supply with demand
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a sales team as the business grows
