About the Opportunity

We partner with implementation teams in public and private sector transformation, energy and utilities, infrastructure development, and national strategy execution across the GCC.

Selected candidates will join a full-time consulting talent pool to be deployed on exciting regional projects. Assignments range from 212 months, with competitive compensation, accommodation, and travel covered, and the potential for long-term relocation.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on project requirements, your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting strategic analyses and preparing client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel models, Word reports)
• Designing and optimizing operating models, business processes, and organizational structures
• Supporting clients with project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Delivering workstreams related to digital transformation, performance improvement, or restructuring
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and GCC-based clients to drive tangible impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for consultants who have:

• 310 years of experience in management consulting, preferably at a leading firm
• Solid grounding in strategy, operations, organizational design, or digital transformation
• Proficiency in creating high-quality deliverables, including Excel-based financial models and clear, insightful PowerPoint decks
• Familiarity with standard consulting frameworks, methodologies, and problem-solving approaches
• Ability to thrive in multicultural environments and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; English fluency required

• Sectoral knowledge in energy, water, infrastructure, or public sector reform
• Arabic language skills
• Prior experience working in the GCC
