Position Summary

The Executive Assistant supports the General Manager by ensuring efficient organization of the GM’s office, effective coordination across departments, and disciplined follow-up of key actions. The role requires high professionalism, logical thinking, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official correspondence.
  • Track action items from management meetings and ensure timely follow‑up with department heads.
  • Coordinate communication between the GM and internal departments.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information related to executive decisions.
  • Screen requests, calls, and emails directed to the GM and prioritize appropriately.
  • Support preparation of management reviews, operational meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure professional communication and proper documentation standards within the GM’s office.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting senior executives or general management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
