Whats on your plate
Completely own inventory in and out of several items across Talabat warehouse(s).
Create SOPs to document and trace 100% inventory receipt, issuance, and returns.
Monitor stock levels and raise flags for short stock for inventory.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory management on WMS issuance and transfers/movements.
Managing the warehouse maintenance activity ensuring stock is shelved and palletised.
Ensuring continuous stock audits weekly and monthly.
Managing a team of warehouse associates.
Drive seasonal inventory distributions and prepare regular update reports.
Monitor and prepare reports for inventory consumption at the SKU level.
Manage sampling of items - receive, distribute, and gather the feedback.
Exhibit high standards of security procedures and ensure that the warehouse is in compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices to implement best practices for inventory management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in supply chain or warehouse management.
Proven 3-4 years work experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager in the eCommerce industry, contract logistics, or an FMCG company.
Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
Experienced at multitasking, worked in a fast-paced environment, and hands-on ability to get the job done.
Strong organizational, time management, and supervisory skills.
Proficient in Google Suite tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. English and Urdu/Hindi are a must. Arabic is a plus.
