About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join the Front Office team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide professional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain and update departmental databases and digital platforms with accurate, timely information.
  • Coordinate front office needs, including stationery, equipment maintenance, and guest amenities.
  • Monitor purchase requests, track inventory, and coordinate supply needs.
  • Organize and manage filing systems, including contracts and confidential records.
  • Support team coordination, internal communication, and positive guest or stakeholder interactions.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in the same role with a strong Front Office background in a 5-star luxury property.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
