Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all the below work such as-
Main Responsibilities
Performs functions which include: answering telephones, chats and emails, provide results via mail, assists patients and clients with questions and/or complaints, resolves internal laboratory specimen problems, acts as a liaison between customers and the laboratory to promote increased customer satisfaction with laboratory services by both successfully answering inquiries/resolving problems and by presenting a positive professional image.
Experience- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience – medical background is preferable.
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Medical Coding, or medical setting environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and helpdesk software.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Preference-English/Arabic is a plus.
- Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in rotational shifts.
- UAE Nationals with a family book will only be considered.
