Head of Real Estate

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
4. Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords and tenants to ensure favorable terms.
5. Oversee property management functions to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and operational needs.
7. Monitor and report on real estate market conditions and financial performance of the portfolio.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws affecting real estate operations.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate brokers, developers, and government agencies.
10. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to enhance their skills and performance.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in real estate management, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
6. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
7. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
9. Proficient in real estate software and tools.
10. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
