Presales Technical Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Requirement & Solution Development
- Be familiar with smart home products and solutions. Accurately capture customer needs, efficiently coordinate with product and R&D teams, and systematically prepare presales materials and customized solutions.
- Channel Management & Business Development
- Analyze industry and channel trends to formulate effective channel strategies. Provide channel partners with multidimensional support (sales, technical, product), maintain efficient communication, drive product marketing and service implementation, and continuously collect market and customer requirement information. In line with the company's marketing strategy, proactively expand channel resources, select high-quality partners, develop channel cooperation plans, and drive their execution.
- Training & Enablement
- Deeply explore customer needs and pain points, consider regional market characteristics, and conduct localized channel enablement to enhance partners overall service capabilities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Continuously track industry trends and related product solutions, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, dynamically assess market competition, and effectively share analytical insights with sales and product teams to support business decisions and strategy optimization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Linguistics, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of overseas sales experience, including 3+ years in local/regional operational management.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; keen market sensing ability; solid problem-solving and adaptability.
- Preferred: Background and technical experience in security systems or smart home products; strong technical judgment.
- Personal Attributes: Highly goal-oriented with strong self-motivation.
