We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Assistant Specialist (Night Shift) to join our dynamic Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of operational tasks during night hours, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction in real time.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism operations (DMC experience is a MUST).
- Ability to manage time-sensitive operational issues independently during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with UAE tourism operations and logistics.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per shift schedule.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all operational tasks during night hours, including guest transfers, last-minute bookings, and service changes.
- Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and airport staff to ensure service delivery without delay.
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures in real-time, updating the internal systems accordingly.
- Handle emergency cases and guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate data entry and prepare operational handover reports for the morning team.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all departments involved.
- Act as a reliable support to the overall operations team, contributing to service consistency and guest satisfaction.
