Pricing and research Manager for real estate ABRA Master Agency (Dubai)
ABRA Master Agency a Dubai's real estate master agency, managing multiple exclusive off-plan projects across prime locations.
We are expanding our Management Team who handle relationships with thousands of real estate agencies across Dubai.
Requirements:
- Educational Background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or a master's in real estate management can be an advantage.
- Experience - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in market research, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and feasibility studies is essential for pricing and investment analysis.
Prior experience in consultancy, real estate development, or large infrastructure projects can be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
Conducting market analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
Developing pricing models for new developments
Monitoring market trends, supply and demand, and competitor activity.
Providing reports and recommendations to senior management and clients.
Creating Unique selling points for new real estate projects
