Muay Thai Coach

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Muay Thai Coach with a minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience. The coach will be responsible for training students of different skill levels, improving fitness and fighting techniques, and creating a safe, disciplined, and motivating environment.

• Teach Muay Thai techniques including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, footwork, and defense.
• Plan and lead group classes and one-on-one training sessions.
• Develop training programs based on student goals and fitness levels.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure safety during all training sessions.
• Prepare fighters for competitions and sparring sessions.
• Motivate students and maintain high energy during classes.
• Maintain gym discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards.
• Assist with fitness conditioning and injury prevention exercises.

• Minimum 5 years of Muay Thai coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Muay Thai techniques and training methods.
• Experience working with beginners, intermediate, and advanced fighters.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to create structured and engaging training sessions.
• Physically fit and capable of demonstrating techniques.
• Certification in Muay Thai coaching or fitness training is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
