Overview
Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Career Counsellor to join our team for AY 2025-26.
The Career Counsellor is accountable for the delivery of high-quality career development and counselling services to equip students with the essential knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about their academic path options, future career paths, and related development.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counselling, Human Resources, related field, or Post Graduate Degree in a related field
- Fluency in English (IELTS score) and Arabic
- 3 years’ experience in a career counselling or advisory role, preferably in an educational setting
