Civil Project Engineer (Luxury Villa Projects, Civil + Fit out) (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end luxury villa projects.
• Manage all aspects of fit out processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction and fit out process.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Completed 3 years as a site engineer, and 5 years of experience as project engineer with a focus on high-end luxury villas and fit out.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering luxury villa projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with experience working on projects in main compounds in Dubai, such as: Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village, and Dubai Hills.
