• To sell finance & insurance solutions to Audi Customers using an approved panel of banks and insurance products. To develop & implement sustainable F&I policies with the Audi Sales Team that maximises all sales opportunities for F&I products whilst also assisting in closing vehicle sales at all times.

• Maximise sales opportunities for the Audi branch by offering finance & Insurance solutions to all customers, ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and accordingly proposing appropriate finance and insurance solutions whilst maximising branch profitability.
• Maintain an effective relationship with bank and insurance representatives.
• Ensure that all documentation, quotes, proposals etc. are completed and processed accurately and if required make an appointment for the customer with the bank representative.
• Sell subsequent years insurance & extended warranties by checking insurance & warranty reports and contact customers. up sell other ANA products.
• To ensure that Sales Management, General Management and front-line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market.
• Maintain a consistent supportive relationship with the sales team and F&I Manager, and act as a customer contact when sales consultant or F&I Manager is not available.
• Keep fully up to date with product knowledge on the full range of finance and insurance options available.

• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) within a dealership environment; experience with luxury or premium brands.
• Proven experience in an Assistant F&I Manager, F&I Team Leader, or Senior F&I Executive role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, insurance policies, extended warranties, and value-added products.
• Hands-on experience working with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers in the UAE market.
• Solid understanding of UAE compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements related to finance and insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed F&I targets, including penetration rate, revenue, and profitability KPIs.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
