Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, presenting company services, and building strong client relationships.Other tasks include understanding client needs, customizing solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project onboarding and follow-up. Close collaboration with other team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth will also form an integral part of the role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in client relationship management and building strong professional networks
- Experience and success in sales or business development roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Knowledge or experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and services is highly desirable
- Ability to understand technical services and effectively convey their value to clients
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to manage remote and in-person engagements effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
