About the role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Client Servicing/Marketing Operations Executive with prior experience in an agency setting preferably within the technology marketing domain. You'll be the bridge between client expectations and internal execution, responsible for planning, coordinating, and reporting on a wide range of marketing activities including partner/customer events, telemarketing campaigns, content rollouts, and more.
Key responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for client projects and campaigns
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple accounts
- Plan and coordinate execution of activities like:
- Partner & customer events (in-person/virtual)
- Demand generation via telemarketing/email
- Content syndication & digital outreach
- Liaise with internal teams (content, design, ops) and external vendors
- Create detailed project plans, trackers, and reports for clients
- Monitor and optimize performance of ongoing marketing programs
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and on-time delivery
- 36 years of experience in a client servicing or campaign operations role at a marketing agency
- Exposure to B2B tech clients, especially in regional or global campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, event logistics, and demand gen channels
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Trello/Asana, HubSpot/Marketo (preferred but not mandatory)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by deadlines
