• Ensuring quality control on all vehicles after they have been serviced and repaired in the workshop.
• Conducting audits on the workshop teams work and report any defects and improper workmanship to service manager/workshop foreman/service advisor.
• Responsible for examining motor vehicles to ensure vehicles are operating on road worthy condition to meet all requirement as per the RTA procedures.
• Ensures vehicle repairs are carried out as per Manufacturer Standards and Customer Approval.
• Comminicates any defects on vehicles to Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Supervisor to rectify.
• Test drives cars with customers to understand the customers complaint in the event of noises and other characteristics and simulate the fault with the technicians.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Fills out inspection reports on standardized forms indicating any defects or malfunctions.
• Assists in performing the vehicle damage reports during service reception.
• Notifying the Service Advisor of any defects found at service reception to promote upselling/VAP's
• Keep record ofthe results for all vehicles inspected.

• High School/Diploma/Industrial Training Certifications in Automobile or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 5 years of experience in a similar job
• UAE Drivers Licence
