About The Job Elementary & Primary Teachers

We are seeking to appoint experienced, well-qualified, Elementary/Primary Teachers in Al Ain to start in August 2025.

• Use excellent subject knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to enthuse students and enable students to enjoy learning.
• Encourage and enable all students to become effective, confident and independent life-long learners.
• Deliver a programme of learning opportunities and activities to enrich and enhance the taught curriculum.
• Working with students one-on-one when help is needed.
• Plan lessons taking in full account of students individual learning needs, as well as their individual learning styles, preferences and capabilities.
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of the students in her/his classes.
• Maintain excellent professional relationships with colleagues by making a wider professional contribution to the continuing improvement of the school.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve at levels that are beyond their expectations and previous limits.
• Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods and tasks.
• Teach with consistent effectiveness the students in her/his classes, taking full account of all students individual educational needs.
• Other responsibilities as reasonably requested by head of department.

• A recognized teaching qualification (i.e. Qualified Teacher Status)
• Preferably two years of teaching experience in Subject
• Proficient in English or can demonstrate an IELETS level of 6.5 or higher
• Experience in teaching the American curriculum would be an advantage (professional training is provided)
• Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment and integrity
• Inter-cultural awareness, well-developed communication skills and excited to engage with students and parents
• Fully vaccinated and available to join one of our new school in Al Ain for an August 2023 start
