Customer Happiness Representative (Part-time)

• This job is part time 2 Days/Week with a potential to grow to full time in the next 6-12 months
• Candidates must be based in Dubai on their own visa

What you&aposll be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAppmake sure every question is answered and every issue resolved quickly and kindly.
• Help customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers.
• Sell experiences and ask for feedback to help us improve.
• Coordinate with our partners to check availability, book experiences, and confirm details.
• Handle physical gift orders and coordinate courier deliveries.

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai (must, candidates based elsewhere, including other emirates won&apost be considered).
• Has own residence visa and available for part-time work.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow.
