Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements and specifications for AI-driven solutions.
• Product Roadmap Development: Work with Product and Engineering teams to define and prioritize features, aligning them with business goals and market trends in financial services.
• Data and Process Mapping: Develop detailed data flow and process maps, identifying areas for AI integration to improve efficiency and effectiveness across key workflows.
• Business Case Development: Support the creation of business cases for new AI product initiatives, including defining ROI, project scope, and potential impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes, emerging AI technologies, and customer needs in financial services to inform product strategy.
• Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are met in product design and conduct UAT testing, gathering feedback to refine product functionality.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze product performance and user feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in Business Analysis, AI, or Product Management is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within financial services or a technology environment focused on AI product development.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data science methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services, particularly in areas such as risk management, compliance, customer analytics, or operations.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting AI in finance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI/ML tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, TensorFlow).
