Wholesale Operations Coordinator/Account Executive – MEA & CIS

We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our team, supporting MEA & CIS markets, ensuring excellence across the full customer journey—from order placement to delivery and beyond.
Your Role
As a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, you will own and manage the end-to-end wholesale operations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Order Ownership- Manage the full customer journey: catalogue sharing, order placement, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution
- Act as the go-to person for customers and internal stakeholders across wholesale operations
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent communication
- Share catalogues, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Collect and validate seasonal orders within deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer orders
- Process and maintain accurate order entries in the system
- Validate orders against stock availability and commercial terms
- Handle amendments, cancellations, claims, and returns efficiently
- Track orders from placement to final delivery
- Coordinate with logistics, planning, and operations teams
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant
- Proactively resolve delays, shortages, and discrepancies
- Monitor sell-through performance
- Identify replenishment opportunities
- Support top-up orders and highlight sales risks
- Own relationships across multiple markets including CIS, GCC, Africa, and Türkiye
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations
- Follow up on accounts receivable and overdue balances
- Experience: 3–5+ years in wholesale operations, order management, or customer service
- Strong background in order processing, logistics, and customer coordination
- Exposure to CIS markets is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and compliance (EAC, DoC) is a plus
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Fluent in English
- Russian is a a must.
