Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Talent Management for a well-established, Abu Dhabi-based organization.

Experience: 10+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR functions

About the Role:

As a Senior Manager Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization. You will lead key talent programs including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end talent management initiatives in alignment with business objectives
• Design and implement talent strategies that support organizational growth and capability building
• Partner with senior leadership to drive succession planning and leadership development
• Manage performance frameworks and engagement programs to boost productivity and culture
• Use data-driven insights to continuously enhance talent processes and outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, leadership development, and strategic planning
• Proven track record in managing teams and delivering enterprise-level talent programs
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
