Key Responsibilities
Working Capital & Client Financial Lifecycle- Serve as the front-line finance advisor to a group of partners, building trusted, consultative relationships.
- Manage the billing and credit control process end-to-end—ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with agreed client terms, VAT regulations, and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.
- Monitor working capital, drive WIP and debtor management, and forecast billing activity to support business decisions.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, profitability tracking, and matter analysis.
- Liaise with colleagues globally to manage rates, billing schedules, e-billing requirements, and client onboarding workflows.
- Provide financial insight that informs business planning, pricing, and operational decisions.
- Engage in profitability modelling, performance reporting, and financial presentations.
- Work with senior stakeholders across Business Development, HR, and Project Management to align finance with firm-wide strategy.
- Actively support financial process improvement and firm-wide finance projects.
- Starting salary: AED 25,000+ (junior level)—negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in revenue, billing, or credit control—legal or professional services experience preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset and ideally a qualified finance background.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, think proactively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating complex systems and financial processes—Elite 3e knowledge is a plus.
- Energetic, organised, and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Salary: AED 25,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
