Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist - Part time

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our new enterprise-focused portfolio. This is a part-time opportunity for someone experienced in lead generation, campaign scaling, and B2B audience targeting.

Role Responsibility:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Develop paid marketing strategies focused on enterprise lead generation
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS & conversions
• Create high-performing ad copy and campaign creatives
• Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
• Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve campaign results

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise marketing
• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and tracking setup
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
