About the Role
To have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to make each and every one of our guests feel comfortable and special. You'll be able to deliver exceptional result focused treatments. Ensure that the Recovery Lab is well maintained, clean and presentable and able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception and stock control.To promote the overall philosophy and services of the Recovery Lab with specialist expertise and targeted treatments in order to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.
About You
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a distinctive advantage. They should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of three years' relevant industry experience, particularly in a spa environment.A solid understanding and practical experience in skincare, skin treatments, and body treatments are essential. Previous experience as a beauty therapist is required, along with a keen interest in both aesthetic and beauty treatments. The candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance and have the ability to develop innovative retail merchandising strategies, along with selecting appropriate products.
Flexibility in scheduling is important, as the role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
