Treasury Manager - Dubai

Employment: Full Time
This role will support the Group Head of Treasury and work closely with business units and banking partners to ensure effective treasury strategy and execution. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading a small team and supporting strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's global treasury function.

Description- Oversee daily and long-term cash flow forecasting
- Conduct and supervise cash management activities to ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Manage FX trades, currency risk, and verify interest charges and earnings
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions
- Analyse revenues, liabilities, and other financial indicators to forecast liquidity
- Collaborate with business units to align treasury operations with business strategy
- Lead, manage, and develop the treasury team
- Ensure compliance and maintain strong internal controls across all treasury functions
- A strategic and impactful treasury leadership role in a high-growth global business

Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accountancy and a professional qualification would be a plus
- 6-8 years of end-to-end treasury experience, including team leadership
- Strong experience in FX, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations
- Advanced Excel skills and sound knowledge of financial systems
- Highly analytical, proactive, and organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Power BI and Python knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of credit and risk management principles
