What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Identify new business opportunities while deepening engagement with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with the support of leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and tech teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Maintain accurate sales data and client interactions through CRM tools.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with strong time management.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
