Job Description:

  • Supporting collectors by helping resolve long-standing issues with customers.
  • Using oracle and accounting systems to verify invoices, credit notes, and customer statements.
  • Regularly updating and validating aging reports and tracking sheets.
  • Following up on collections, confirming receipts, and retrieving post-dated checks (PDCs) and SOAs when needed.
  • Acting as a coordinator across teams to ensure alignment and timely follow-up.
  • Helping Sales team in their field work installations etc.
  • This is 50% on field and 50% back office job

Requirement:

  • UAE Experienced Candidate
  • Minimum Qualification Graduation
  • Oracle experience is must
  • Driving License & own car required

Work Environment: office based (DIC) and field work
