Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for the role of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the production facility, ensuring that production schedules and plans are effectively implemented.The role includes managing the production process, coordinating resources, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage production teams effectively
- Proficiency in Production Planning and creating efficient production schedules
- Experience in Production Management to oversee operations and meet desired outcomes
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in low-voltage and/or medium-voltage systems is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic on-site work environment
