Job Description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella SALT, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.

• Collect and organize data from various sources, including point-of-sale (MICROS POS) systems, reservation platforms, customer feedback channels, and financial records.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to sales performance, customer behavior, menu preferences, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze menu performance data to identify popular dishes, profitable items, and opportunities for menu optimization and innovation.
• Segment guest data based on demographics, dining behavior, and preferences to identify target audiences and personalize marketing campaigns, promotions.
• Conduct operational performance analysis, including labor cost analysis, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address operational challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience 3 years in a data analysis role, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Micros POS System.
