You will leverage your knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to help clients make informed decisions while building long-lasting relationships. 5. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
6. Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers and answering any questions they may have.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance even after transactions are completed.
8. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and property inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
