Urgently looking for Admin officer for one of the reputed Designer House based in Dubai .

Job Title: Admin Officer ( who is excellent in Excel (Pivot table and V-loop up)& Good in ERP & Making reports through excel)

5 Days Working

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Professional to manage and oversee expenses, sales tracking, ERP, CRM, contracts, and reporting. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for these functions, ensuring seamless business operations, compliance, and data accuracy.

This role requires a highly organized, detailoriented, and proactive individual who can work independently while supporting senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP & CRM Management

Oversee the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry for sales, inventory, expenses, and financial records.

Ensure CRM data is maintained, tracking customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups.

Conduct regular audits to maintain system integrity and prevent errors.

Generate and analyze ERP & CRM reports to assist decision-making.
  1. Expense & Financial Management

Maintain and track all company expenses, ensuring proper budgeting and cost control.

Monitor and approve vendor payments, invoices, and reimbursements.

Prepare financial reports related to expenses, cash flow, and profitability.

Assist with VAT compliance and work with external auditors when required.
  1. Sales Support & Reporting

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales transactions.

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to help management in decision-making.

Maintain a customer database for reference and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper order processing and tracking.
  1. Contract & Vendor Management

Manage supplier, service, and client contracts, ensuring terms and renewals are tracked.

Negotiate vendor agreements to optimize cost efficiency.

Maintain all legal and compliance-related documents related to contracts.
  1. Reporting & Data Management

Create and maintain monthly and quarterly business reports.

Develop insights from data to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Ensure all records are properly documented, updated, and securely stored.
  1. General Administration & Coordination

Supervise office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Liaise with various departments and senior management for reporting and coordination.

Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, ERP, CRM, and financial management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and CRM software.

Strong understanding of expense tracking, financial reporting, and contract management.
