The school has a total enrollment of nearly 3000 students, the majority of whom are of Arabic origin (95% are Emirati).and is fully authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. Role Overview:
You will be teaching English Literature and Language to pupils following a dynamic inquiry-based learning approach which is based upon the International Baccalaureate Programs framework. You will be:

- An educator who can create engaging and dynamic lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- A professional with a strong understanding of the IB MYP/DP curriculum and the ability to manage a classroom effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of students
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB MYP/DP curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success
- Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in relevant subject supported by a relevant teaching certificate (copy of degree and transcripts must be provided upon application).
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching.
- Previous ESL and IB MYP/DP experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and strong classroom management skills.
