Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and data-oriented KOL / Influencer Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute our influencer marketing initiatives across global markets. This role will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing collaborations with agencies, KOLs, content creators, and influencers to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end KOL / influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable KOLs and influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts, and ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate influencer content planning, briefing, review, and publishing schedules to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee execution of influencer-led campaigns, including product promotions, brand storytelling, giveaways, and live streams.
  • Track and analyze KOL campaign performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and optimization insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor influencer trends, competitor KOL strategies, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and platform policies.
  • Manage influencer whitelisting, content usage rights, and paid amplification where applicable.
  • Support crisis management and brand reputation handling related to influencer collaborations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Experience working with global or regional influencers, agencies, or creator networks.
  • Familiar with influencer analytics tools and tracking platforms (e.g., HypeAuditor, Upfluence, Modash, Meta & TikTok analytics).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign ROI and performance impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience in finance, trading, crypto, or fintech industries is a strong plus.
  • C2 / Native English; additional languages are an advantage.
