A fast growing AI company is expanding and is looking for a Sales Manager to be their first hire in the Middle East. Job Responsibilities:
Developing and expanding business relationships in the Middle East, establishing
a strong presence in the region.
Creating compelling sales pitches that clearly showcase the value of client's solutions.
Identifying key decision-makers within targeted leads and setting up meetings to
initiate the sales process.
Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets set by management.
Conducting regular follow-ups with clients via in-person meetings, calls, and
emails to cross-sell and up-sell solutions.
Resolving customer concerns and handling complaints to build trust and ensure
long-term client satisfaction.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans and
execute them effectively.
Working closely with sales leadership to craft and implement winning closing
strategies for key opportunities.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS sales within the Middle East.
Strong skills in territory development, lead generation, and qualification.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle, sales management, and key industries.
A results-driven mindset with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Comfort in engaging with high-level decision-makers and C-suite executives.
Excellent presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic, with outstanding verbal and written communication.
