We are currently recruiting a Beauty Advisor - Haircare for our client, based out of their office in Dubai, UAE

Job Scope:

We seek a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor with solid experience in haircare. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of haircare products and routines and will be responsible for providing expert consultations, promoting products, and ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized haircare consultations and product recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and drive product sales
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock standards
• Stay informed on product launches, trends, and promotions
• Travel across various Emirates as required to support brand activities and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in haircare product sales or consultation
• Native Arabic speaker (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about beauty and client engagement
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• UAE driving license preferred
