Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst for a 6-month contract to support financial operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Global Services team to support month-end close activities.
- Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
- Partner with commercial teams to capture forecasts and highlight financial opportunities and risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Finance Operations and Distributor-related queries across MEA.
- Process and verify distributor credit and debit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously improve financial processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Technical & Functional Skills:- Strong finance background with a solid understanding of commercial finance and business accounting.
- Advanced financial analysis, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Strong business orientation and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Salary: AED 17,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
