What you&aposll do:

• Join our Supply Chain charter as a Product Manager, building products that transform how we run dark stores and warehouses.
• Design and scale workforce planning and automation tools to improve efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
• Build solutions to tackle attrition and retention challenges, improving employee engagement and productivity.
• Develop tech-enabled, data-driven systems that support long-term scalability across multiple markets.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Tech teams to deliver seamless solutions for workforce management.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement product improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Translate business problems into product roadmaps and execution plans, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and design to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Ensure that our products support the overall mission of efficiency, scalability, and growth in the supply chain.

What you&aposll need:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• 24 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Strong experience building human resource management systems.
• Experience in quick-commerce or e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong business judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Experience in Product Operations or Fulfillment teams is a plus.
