Employment: Full Time
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Warehouse Worker, responsible for efficiently managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting seamless warehouse operations to ensure on-time production and delivery.
Responsibilities:- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments accurately and promptly.
- Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against invoices or packing lists.
- Store materials and finished products in designated warehouse locations safely and systematically.
- Pick and prepare products for shipment ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area to comply with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following company protocols.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Salary: AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
