Assistant Purchasing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Purchase Manager in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Support procurement activities and maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams for timely replenishment.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare reports and analyze purchasing data to support decision-making.
