We Are Hiring | Head of Commercial (Sales & Marketing) – FX/CFD Brokerage | Dubai, UAE

A fast-growing, Category 1 CMA/SCA-regulated brokerage in Dubai is looking to appoint a senior Head of Commercial (Sales & Marketing) to lead the company's commercial growth strategy during an exciting launch and expansion phase.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the overall commercial strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth.
• Build, lead, and scale sales, marketing, CRM/retention, and client acquisition functions.
• Develop and expand IB / affiliate / partnership networks.
• Drive client acquisition, activation, deposits, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee digital performance marketing, lead generation, conversion funnels, and brand positioning.
• Work closely with senior management on go-to-market strategy, commercial planning, and business scaling.
• Recruit and build a high-performing commercial team.

1. Requirements:

• Strong experience within the Forex / CFD / Financial Brokerage industry.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Experience managing both client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM, retention, IB partnerships, digital acquisition, and brokerage commercial models.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and scale teams.
