Job Summary:

This role will play a critical part in ongoing finance projects and support the wider finance team in planning, reporting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary
• Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance system upgrades, automation, or IT projects
• Act as a finance representative for system implementation or enhancement initiatives (e.g., EPM, OFSAA, BI tools)
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of financial systems, ensuring reporting accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Prepare financial models and dashboards to support decision-making
• Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and audit readiness
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for the senior management team

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis
• Prior involvement in finance system implementations, automation, or digital transformation projects
• Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of EPM tools, Oracle, OFSAA, or similar systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and project-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to international banking operations
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience working with multi-location finance teams
