Learning & Development Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to design and drive initiatives that support employee growth, capability building, and organizational development. The role involves identifying learning needs, developing training programs, managing learning initiatives, evaluating program effectiveness, and partnering with teams to strengthen employee capabilities.The successful candidate will promote a continuous learning culture and align development programs with organizational goals and business priorities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to assess learning needs and translate business requirements into effective development programs.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Creative, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset.
