HR Manager

Job Description

Talents Tide is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for our client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving overall HR excellence within a fast-paced contracting/development environment.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
• Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and workplace issues
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Support business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention strategies
• Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and best practices
• Foster a positive and productive working environment
• Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance
• Manage compensation structures, pay plans, and benefits programs
• Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives
• Provide HR insights and reports to management using HR metrics
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional
• Background in contracting, construction, or real estate development is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, systems, and databases
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop HR strategies and align them with business goals
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
