Sales Merchandiser

Job Description

This role requires strong organizational skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage accounts efficiently.

*** Having driving license and car is most preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Merchandising & Display Management:

• Ensure proper display and visibility of products in retail stores, pharmacies, or supermarkets.
• Arrange shelves, stands, and promotional materials as per company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional agreements.

1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and purchasing personnel.
• Ensure smooth execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure products meet customer demand.

1. Receivables & Collection Management:

• Ensure that invoices are correctly processed and delivered to customers.
• Follow up with retailers and distributors to ensure timely payments.
• Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with the finance team to reduce overdue accounts.
• Address any payment disputes and assist in resolving collection issues.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales, and collection activities.

1. Market & Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores.
• Suggest improvements in display techniques and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on competitor product placements and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
