About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Office Pantry Clerk to join the resorts Hotel Operations team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are- Oversees daily operations in the Public Area Department
- Prepare coffee and requested food and beverages for team members and guests
- Ensures Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all public areas & pantries, including back-of-house pantry, kitchens, and exterior areas
- Oversees and dusts/wipes down surfaces (tables, kitchen, sinks, coffee machine) to reduce allergens and maintain a tidy appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines)
- Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are cared for, cleaned, and stored in designated areas after use
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies; notify supervisors when additional supplies or repairs are required
- Oversee procurement and stock control of pantry supplies (beverages, snacks, utensils, condiments); conduct inventory checks, maintain minimum stock levels, and ensure proper storage
- Monitor and report building maintenance issues (leaks, spills, damages) to facilities management
- Focus on key drivers of employee engagement and guest satisfaction
- Consult regularly with all levels of management to ensure resort cleanliness
- Oversee Public Area administration and paperwork
- Monitor adherence to operations policies and procedures
- Accept other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director
- Understand and adhere to fire, hygiene, and safety policies
- Resolve and act on guest feedback and special requests in a timely manner
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Secondary school or above
- Previous experience in hospitality management, office administration, or pantry operations (at least 23 years preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
